My dog is sick after returning from there from September 25-30 was told other owners were calling in saying there dog is sick as well. At vet now may be going into pneumoniaj. My dogs first time being boarded. I highly regret boarding her period!!! This shouldn’t have happened. I am highly dissatisfied and disappointed. 330$ for boarding and now a vet bill for exam and antibiotics and cough syrup for $. 120.00 Plus if she’s not better in a few days she will need tests on her secretions to make sure it’s not going into pneumonia. I felt my dog was not in a healthy environment especially after seeing above review as well. I will be going in to speak with the owner because I pray that she is a honest person who genuinely cares. I will update review after speaking with owner. Praying no other dogs get sick and I just wanted to make other dog owners aware of incident. I pray we can resolve this problem.
My dog loves it there, unfortunately he did get sick this last time. He was there last week :(
We board there alot and just love the staff...I'm the type who calls on vacation and checks up. They keep notes and how your dog is doing or if there is any instances
I've never had any situations where my 2 dogs were ever iinjured or got hurt while being at Ufuria. The staff have always been great. The 1st time I took my dogs there my dogs did not want to eat for a day and the staff gave them wet food when I only provided dry food. The dogs ate the wet food and proceeded to be taken care of very well.
It was not my case. I was very satisfied with their services.
