I need financial assistance for my 🐱 who is suffering severely from ear mites she's scratched off a 4th of her ear she also has upper respiratory congestion she can barely breath and sneezes blood I'm on SSI low income I need help please??.???

At least schedule an exam. The exam cost is $25. Then go from there with a plan that you can afford. They will give you a list of places that may help you.

Call them and ask they can give you phone numbers of organizations who can help you financially.

They may be able to help; they have low cost spay and neuter, they may have other assistance as well. But you can also use a q-tip cotton swab with hydrogen peroxide to gently clean the ears, don't go inside! but mites will also require drops. Good luck.
