That is a very easy solution just give us a call up at Ashley when we can set up a time and date to pick up that set. And they will find a way to bring you back to being a happy customer again. So give us a call.
Go to rhe store if you call them it will take forever
Call them they will fix it and make it right.
Just call them back and tell th em your recent purchase and assemble came with a bent chair. They will send repair guy. I went thei that with my dinning table that came with a deep scratch.
Get to the office asap. They will replace, but most times replacement takes weeks... uggggg
Actually not the store but customer service. They can fix it in the place, or take the defective items back, fix them or replace, it's part of the year of the manufacturer warranty. Niw if you bought the furniture protection it's covered too but as part of the original defect is a manufacturer warranty.
