Bought a couple dressers one was broken upon arrival and the other was missing screws. It took one week for the technician to come but could not fixed it so he offered a replacement. It is now two weeks and they just scheduled the deliver in the next two days. I guess you get what you pay for. Cheap price equals cheap craftmanship. Customer support is a pain in the butt. No help at all. Store cannot be reached by phone and always directed to a call center. Ashley you put "Made in America" to shame. Get your act together guys.

We ordered a bedroom set that includes a bench from them about a year ago. This bench never came. We never cancelled the bench, because customer service on the phone always told us that we have to go to the store to cancel it. Ok. Then we went to the store, and it turned out that THEY cancelled the bench already, 2 months ago. Wow. So then, they printed out the receipt for the cancellation.. and it showed that the bench actually was included in the deal and has $0.00 value to them… so this means, if someone cancels the bench, it won’t change the balance on our account.. meaning, we won’t get any money back. Shouldn’t something like this be disclosed to the customer beforehand? If it doesn’t give any money back, then we would like to keep waiting for the bench! When we asked for the bench back, they said that the authorization had expired because we cancelled it 2 months ago.. Excuse you… we did not.. we were told that we had to go to the store to cancel.. can’t be over the phone.. and that’s why we are here. My wife and I are both nurses and we are aware of different types of communication. These people talk down on us, thinking that we can’t speak English and understand their bullying. That is right. These people are BULLIES that don’t want to help the customers to get back what they deserved. Cancelling our order behind our back because they can’t get it in stock, that’s ILLEGAL! Stay away, it is not fair that they cancelled the bench and kept our money!

The sales rep, Stephanie, was very good in helping me look for a bed frame - very knowledgeable, was able to answer all my questions, and brought up things I had not thought about that would affect my purchase. Once I got home realized I needed to add an item to my order so contacted her since she had given me her cell phone # and got it added immediately. Refreshing to work with an employee like this.

Our sales representative, PK, was awesome. He was patient while we narrowed down our top three choices of furniture, and worked up out the door quotes for all three while we were making our decision. We plan to return to the store for more furniture pieces in the near future.

That is a very easy solution just give us a call up at Ashley when we can set up a time and date to pick up that set. And they will find a way to bring you back to being a happy customer again. So give us a call.
Just in any store. Talk with customer service and they will hand out you an application. Ask for a manager (there's always one there) and mention him so he can set up an interview.
