Is there a way for me to postpone my merchandise pick up? I tried to call to talk to someone about it but I was put on hold for a long time. Hope there's a place online for us to set a date for pickup that will also fit to customer's schedule.

I do believe they advise you, after your order has arrived, you have so many days to pick up. You might also call their toll free customer service line and discuss your predicament.

I believe so yes. try calling again, but this time ask for a manager.
