I don't mind them keeping an eye on everything at self checkout. It has to be done. I know you and I are honest but not everyone is.
Try using the self-checkout register and see yourselves on the screen, you are being monitored - this AI records your physical appearance as if you're going to steal something.
The management treats the customers as if they are all thieves. I have not seen how they treat employees.
