Depends on the time of day you go. Lunch and dinner are busy times so if you could be waiting up to half hour for a table to open up. Parties of 5 or more it's best to call ahead so they can set up tables to accommodate.
No reservations needed, but as Barbara says 10 or more is recommended to help them get ready for your arrival.
I believe only if you have a party of ten or more.
