This is not a museum for young children. It is a true old WW2 Vietnam War basically unrestored merchant ship. Cold, damp and rusty but totally cool for someone who can appreciate such a gem.
Yes, you can bring a 3 year old without a stroller. Wear super comfy shoes because there are many stairs/steps/ladders.
