My guess is because we offer great products, good attitude, fast internet, very reasonable prices and plenty of indoor and outdoor space to enjoy all of that... and to Jerry's point: We started Brew with the intention of making it a community place. Thank you for supporting us.
It's also still fairly new. The place has been open for only a few months.
It's designed for you to stay. So people meet others, play games, do work and schoolwork. The chain coffee places seem to be designed to get you to leave, so Brew has almost become a community space.
