I recommend calling them first to ask if they have a tiger cub that is still small enough to be able to touch. For safety reasons, they cannot allow guests to touch if they're too big, I think heavier than 40 lbs or so. But if they do have a baby tiger, then yes you can pet one by purchasing the correct encounter for it :)

Yes it is true but you have to make a reservation online or by phone before going. It is a bit expensive for the time you spend with the animal, there is a person present to help you. By the way there are several other animals that you can play with for a while
