I'm on the 35th floor facing south towards the bay and there's almost 0 noise unless there's a concert at bayfront. Even then, if I close the balconies, I can sleep just fine. You also never hear people above or below you, which is nice. Its surprisingly quiet overall.

JB, although i cannot speak for all units, i live on the second floor and when the doors and windows are closed we can barely hear anything. furthermore, just yesterday i showed a unit on the 6th floor facing Biscayne Blvd. and the buyer was pleasantly surprised that when we closed the sliding door, no street noise could be heard.
