DO NOT rent a property from this company. I had nothing but problems with their management in terms of property maintenance and their mismanagement of record keeping. I just moved out and they are stating i never paid the last month of rent and they are putting claims on things that never existed. They are claiming money for blinds that they never installed etc. Thank the lord i have VIDEO and Photo evidence along with receipts to every single transaction ive made with their company. I have presented them with evidence and my record keeping in an attempt to avoid court. However, if we do go to court i willl gladly do so as i have kept evidence myself because based on the reviews and history with them i knew they would pull something like this. My advise DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. It has been a HORRIBLE experience. The only time they respond is when i would hire lawyers to bring up issues.
