10/25/2022: Paul Bakor came to help me out at home again and they did an awesome job. Paul came out multiple times to help me on separate occasions and was awesome every time. Peachtree Service Experts hit all the marks when it came time to replace my AC unit. When I first purchased my home, a home warranty was provided with 1 year, and it was an absolute nightmare to deal with. After countless phone calls, the home warranty people only replaced one of my outside AC units with the cheapest option available. Fast forward to this week, I had to replace my AC unit for my upstairs floor and called PSE. They were punctual with sending out an expert (Stephen) to take a look at the symptoms, and was able to let me know what was going on with the unit and it needed replacement. Jimmy Wise was able to come out soon after to provide a proposal, and took his time to go through all the options and explain the differences with great knowledge and expertise. He was really able to make me feel comfortable with the decision I made. Because of the demand of their services, they have 15 separate installation teams, and were able to schedule an install the very next day after providing a quote. The installation servicemen Quin and John came the next day and were punctual and extremely professional. They went beyond the call of duty to ensure everything was installed properly and functioning. They went through how the system worked, and made sure I was happy with the work performed. I could not recommend these guys enough. I would not hesitate to use their services, and stay away from home warranty companies.
