Why would you want to. Forget about other people. Babies don't do well at movies. At 4 months their ears are still super sensitive and their immune systems are still being developed. They should still be at home. If you can not find anyone you trust to stay with them then you as a parent sacrifice your time and stay home for them. You both will have plenty of time to enjoy theater movies when the baby is a toddler.
At four months old, the immune system which protects the baby is inadequate. Probably has not received all the vaccines given the first year of life. Take the baby to an open space, plenty of air. The movie will always be available.
I don't recommend for a 4 month old...
Most people don't appreciate a baby crying during a movie
You may want to go earlier in the day when it's less crowded. You can get a protective shield for the stroller on Amazon to protect the baby, while you adults wear masks to be safe.
