I called up before going to ask about an exchange. Here in Google said closing time 22 hs. (10 pm) At 20:15 hs it was closed. It's in a big mall called Bayside and all the store hours are until 22 hs.

Went today and I wasn't happy about how they treated my mother. My mother was speaking to an employee in spanish only to make her look like a fool and speak behind my mother's back when she wasn't around. Not only that make her feel pressured she needed to find and buy shoes in a hurry to get out of there. I bought shoes from that store with good costumer service but today's service was horrible.

I hadn't gone here since they moved from their last location and when I came back I saw that it's bigger and better than ever. Great selection and discounts. I got a great pair of Italian leather boots for under $100 on clearance recently as and example. Plus it has a great clearance section and is 4 stories. This is truly a shoe lover's dream cone true. I felt like I'd died and gone to shoe heaven the first time I walked across its doors at this location.
