Really up to what they promise! I drove up, vallet parking, the van was waiting for me, and when I got back, they picked me up & drove me right to my car. I paid the balance as I was leaving, and the attendant offered me a bottle of water. It is the little gestures that count! Very courteous and polite!
The military rate is only offered "at the lot" - if you book ahead of time, you just do a "PAY AT LOT" reservation on our website. However, we are doing a special super-limited time summer sale right now (ends Sunday at 11:59PM) and the prepaid internet rate is actually less than the Military rate. The offers can't be combined.
