Nice staff, very convenient to get to the ferry terminal and back. However, we paid for valet but coming back we had to drive around the whole lot for 20 minutes with the van driver to find our car left in a spot totally different from the one marked in the receipt the driver had. Basically they did not know where our car was. We eventually found it randomly parked together with all the other self-parked vehicles, but with the keys left inside it..... Why pay for valet?? I use Park's Go in Charlotte, NC all the time and the experience has never been like this one in Fort Lauderdale....

I have used there services before and even recommended them to family members since I had no previous problems. This time after flying back to fll with two toddlers I return to my car scratched. Was told it was not permanent damage and could be buffed out (itβs definitely a scratch in the paint). The person who inspected the car said there was nothing much they could do, offered us two bottles of water and sent us on our way. I will be requesting a refund since that wasnβt even offered. I get that you canβt control if someone else opened their door or scratched my car but a little sympathy would be nice. Maybe even a sorry this happened under our care would of been great. I was nothing but nice during the encounter mostly because I was exhausted. Despite this ordeal I still tipped our shuttle driver who helped us get everything in the car.

If I could give more stars I would . This was my first time using this company , we were taking a cruise, we were 9 of us. The service here its has been one of the best I ever had, they take you to the cruise, pick you up and drop you right on front of your car and load and unload your luggage. It was done in normal time, keep in mind you have about 150 people coming out of the ship at once, not everyone will fit in the same shuttle, I know people complain about waiting but they move fast and organize, most definatly will use them again, they even gave us a bottle of cold water. We had a very good experience with them. ππ»ππ»ππ»...

Upon arrival we parked under a covered area where the staff transferred our bags to our shuttle. They told us to go ahead and board the shuttle. They handled the bags for us. They gave us a ticket and explained that we would need the ticket when we returned. They parked our vehicle for us. They unloaded our bags at the terminal. It was raining hard when we returned 2 weeks later. We found the shuttle out in the terminal parking area waiting for us. We held up our parking ticket for the driver to see while we stayed dry under cover. He moved up under the covered area and loaded our bags for us. Back at the Park N Go lot it was still raining hard. The driver took the shuttle to each customer's vehicle, unlocked the vehicle and he transferred the bags to each vehicle. Great service in heavy rain. We had booked our reservation and prepaid online. On exit we stopped at the gate/office. We gave the clerk our membership card to collect our credits for future free parking. The clerk processed our credits and gave us bottles of cold water for our drive home. We have already booked our next parking reservation at Park N Go. The prepaid parking rate was very reasonable. The service was wonderful and highly organized. I give them 5 stars. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Park N Go at Ft. Lauderdale for cruise parking.

You can park in the garage on the inside of the port n Royal Caribbean is not even a half a mile.
Probably so, but a definite answer is just a phone call or a couple mouse clicks away.
Yes, this place is the best! Used it for Cruises several times. Never been disappointed. Very professionally run.
It is very good.
Yes, just put Park 'N Go into Google Maps, and it will take you right there.
Many different rates based on time of year, joining their club or booking on line. I recommend going to the website or calling them.
Sundays
Yes they can accommodate your RV however it's not my place to quote prices. Please call Park N Go directly.
Bring up res and cxl it done
As long as you have your confirmation i dont think it matters which car. I didnt put in any info about my car on the reservation
Sorry no discount rate in Ft.Lauderale try Daina
The shuttles are available to take you to any cruise ship embarking or debarment in Port Everglades, in addition to our 24-7 service to FLL airport. Note we only go between the lot and the ships OR the lot and the airport. We arenβt able to transfer you from FLL to the ship direct. A car parked in the lot must be either the origin or destination of a shuttle run.
They are about five minutes away, but directly across the street from the airport
Varies, but abt $7/day
I'm unsure of your question. We charge for parking for the airport or cruise ship, and provide a free shuttle to/from the terminal to your car parking location. We don't have a charge for persons?
Yes you are entitled to a full refund or credit..take the refund
You can leave it blank.
Yes they do. We park there. Then caught there shuttle to Royal Caribbean Cruise Line. Excellent customer service.
The park is very good
I doubt that, it's a long term parking facility
Yes, Park 'N Go provides a shuttle to and from the cruise ship. I have used them 3 times and have not had any issues. They are a great bunch of people!
Yes you can, go on website and book days, might get a reduced cost....
We usually tip parkngo driver $5 as he handles the luggage and the Porter at the pier $5
Yes, calling them directly will answer all those questions!
It is between $5 or $7 per day. Why not check out the website for exact amount or call him.
Really up to what they promise! I drove up, vallet parking, the van was waiting for me, and when I got back, they picked me up & drove me right to my car. I paid the balance as I was leaving, and the attendant offered me a bottle of water. It is the little gestures that count! Very courteous and polite!
48 hours ahead or more will result in a full refund. Otherwise you may be charged a day.
I think am not sure after every ten day you get a free day
YES! Very secure, there's a manned gate to enter/exit and as you see by the other guides answer's, there's a fence surrounding the entire parking lot AND Monkeys!
What Maria said!
From the parking site to the airport is pretty fast. There's usually shuttles on standby to take care of you as soon as you drop off your car
Valet is more convenient. Sometimes, they may have to move the cars around and have it readily available for faster pickup upon your return
Cheaper if you use credit card on line and also a discount if you are military/first responder don't feed the wild monkeys
Better to have a reservation but the gates don't open till 10 am first bus out at 10.30
Pam, Book a "Pay at Lot" reservation and then @ the check-in/out booth they can adjust the rate down to the special Veterans rate. That rate is the lowest rate available, and resolved only for USA Military Veterans.
Best shuttle service by far in Ft Lauderdale. I believe the cost was about $60 for the week
Yes we offer shuttle service to Cruise ships. Be sure to book cruise parking on our website or smartphone app.
Yes, they will. Very efficient service!
Yes, but as long as there is room they will still let you park.
Perhaps. They offer military discount, so I suggest you call to inquire. They are very nice, efficient, and the place is secure. I would not hesitate to leave my car with them!
Probably $8 a day or so if you prepay online on their website. Only 10 minutes from cruise port
You can call for prices. We paid 63 dollars for a car for the week with veteran discount.
Its cheaper to book it online then paying for it once u get there & I think the prices cover 2ppl but its not very much if u have extra ppl
A few mins. The lot is right by Port Everglades. They have the best service around, we just came of a Regal Princess Cruise just this past Sunday and we were some of the first off the ship around 8am and they were there waiting. We highly recommend them.
Its on the stub they gave you. Take picture of it in case you loose it for next time.
And you get a free bottle of water for being in everglades.π
For the Ft Lauderdale airport, after you collect all your checked luggage, you call the phone number on the ticket they gave you when they dropped you off. Then exit the baggage claim area to the street and walk to your right, all the way to the area between your concourse and the next one. You'll see a sign that say something like "Off Site Parking". Stand under that sign.
It is available online.
