I personally do not have an id. I did not need one. I think you can still get help. You just need to at least know the ss numberyes you will need to know the ss number for everyone on the application.
Do you have to have the number for all your kids just go to Social Security and get temporary cards and they'll be able to take care of you they might be able to do it for you at together go and ask
