They should of gave you an eviction notice it last about 30 days. with in that if u and the property owner can't come to an agreement they will ask the court to remove u . Usually the sheriff come out to tell u too get out. U want be able to take any belongings. U will need to make arrangement with the property owner to get your belongings out of the apartment. if the owner took your belongings out with out an court order eviction. U may go to small claims court to ask for damages. All ways seek other legal advice
