You can call but doesn't mean you will get assistance. The guidelines they have is so backwards that they keep more of their funded monies by denying clients of assistance. Best of luck. Organization not recommended. This is an edit since the review this office has called me several times. They did not say here we found some assistance for me in which it's too late for 1 and secondly no one wants to go back over the hurdles they didn't pass adding insult to previous injury. They wanted to talk about this review. To let everyone know if I never posted this review there would not have been a second thought which is horrible in it of itself. My advice to this organization do better for the next person. Referring back to your phone number isn't necessary if it doesn't have real merit to it. Also they should have that info up front instead of people wasting their time and gas for a program they would not be entitled to. Bottom line folks no 2nd thought until review initiated.
All agencies that receive energy assistance resources are required to utilize the same specific criteria to distribute 100% of the funds to clients. While we would love to be able to serve everyone, we must honor the guidelines put in place by the entities that provide those funds.
You would need to call their housing help line and see if they have funds available.
