They're a traditional New York style bagel, and the quality is excellent! My favorite is the jalapeno asiago, and I usually get it as a breakfast sandwich (the Eggselent). It's amazing, especially if you substitute real bacon in place of the Canadian bacon. I've been a customer for more than 15 years, and love introducing my friends. They all love it!

Ultimate Bagels are the best! I buy them in the bakers dozen package and I slice them in half. Then I put each bagel in a Ziploc sandwich bag and freeze them. There are NO preservatives in the bagels but freezing them keeps them fresh for a couple of weeks. The cream cheese is very good but I also like Ultimate Bagels with Adams peanut butter!
Amazing! They are super good. They are more dense and bigger than most bagels around here, but not dry at all like you sometimes find with bigger ones. Plus, their cream cheeses are delicious and made there. My favorites are garlic, huckleberry, and almond. Be warned, the garlic is strong because they use fresh garlic, so you get that slight spicy garlic bite with it... But very delicious!
