They do have gluten free waffles, toast. And other options. If your very sensitive, just know its all made in the same kitchen.

Not that I know of, but I'm sure you can order something that is naturally gluten-free, like an omelette, & switch out the toast for cottage cheese. I have done it in the past with no problems.
