The management is very responsive and friendly. The place over-all is well maintained. It ticks all the must have boxes What kept it from a 5 star rating is that the apartments are a little outdated and lack some amenities and that the parking can be a challenge.

We love living at Westridge Apartments in Clarkston WA. We moved in May of 2021…the apartment grounds are kept clean and well manicured. The staff is super friendly…and any maintenance we’ve needed done has been done right away. The residents are friendly and the complex is relatively quiet. The view is also outstanding.

Don’t try to rent here if you’re in a hurry to find a place and if you don’t have money to burn. The holding fee is ridiculous which is $200, app fee is fine $40. Maggie the manager less than stellar customer service skills and loves to argue. The grounds look nice but no tour happened, no meet and greet, but there sure are emails that come to you as you have done such thing. Took over a week to be approved couldn’t wait so found a different place and was approved in 2 days. Have lost my $200 and have yet to hear if they will put me on a list to rent from them in a year. With that being said don’t rent from them unless you’re not in a hurry and make sure you have extra money because they aren’t going to return it at all.

I instantly felt like I was home before I even moved in. This place is like a 5 star hotel. Its safe, quiet, and clean. The staff is wonderful! After a hard days work this is the best place to come home to. I couldn’t be happier. There is too much to list but washer/dryer in the unit, pantry, beautiful floors/carpet are just to name a few of the many things I love. Thank you so much for all the hard work that makes Westridge such a fabulous place to live. 💗
