This is a great small town medical center for our rural area. We have always been seen in a timely manner for our appointments and emergencies. We appreciate the expertise that exists here and prefer coming here for many of our medical needs.

My husband was refused service because he would not wear a mask. Was basically told that in the state of Washington HIPPA laws do not matter! He will never go there again. Had already been there and had tests done that he will probably never know the results for.

I just moved here from Tucson AZ. Ended in the ER with tooth trauma knocking out my front tooth. This is the WORST HOSPTIAL experience I've ever had in my life. Dr was very incompetent. I'm not sure he was even a Dr. Gave me zero pain meds for a split lip and a tooth knocked up to the roof of my mouth. NO IV for anything whats so ever. I was given a bottle of water and 1 hydrocodone in pill form!!!!! I was asked to walk myself to take x-rays after HITTING MY HEAD and face!!!!! Nurses are very very rude. It was NOT clean. I was given a robe with BLOOD ON IT! NOT MINe. Wasn't asked to put the robe even on but to take my entire sweatshirt off to get a blood pressure. Makes zero sense. Was sent home with NOTHING!!! NO PAIN MEDS NO ABX. NOTHING!!!! received the wrong referral and now I'm still sitting at home with a busted lip and a fractured and compacted front tooth in PAIN! I want to rip my head off!!!!! I will NEVER EVER EVER RETURN TO THIS HOSPITAL or bring my child here!!! You should be shut down and all licensing revoked!!!!!!!! Filing a lawsuit of negligence!

My dinners and lunches were always cold. If I called for help going to the restroom I was scolded even though the nurse told me not to get up without help. At one point I made a mess in the bed and then the nurse complained about helping me get cleaned up. The room did not have a shower to help with the clean up either. After being in this facility for a week for Covid, They were all too eager to hold me captive until I called Idaho Medicaid which we do not qualify for. We are just over that income level by $500 a month. I got home late Thursday evening and Saturday they had already sent a form to complete for financial assistance. Problem was I did not feel well enough to gather everything they wanted or complete the form. I was sent home with Oxygen and was still having issues including slurring words and getting around but they still expected that stupid form and documents within 7 days of getting it. I sent it back with a few not so nice words as I was still trying to heal up. The following week we received a bill with them wanting $10,000 for the first month and the same amount several months following. It's been 5 weeks since my release and I am just now feeling well enough to get a few things done. But they sent a denial letter at the same time they sent the huge bill. Again I remind you that was only a week after I was released from the hospital. I will be sending the information I have to them via my spouse. these people are greedy and do not care about their patience well being just the money they bring in. Horrible experience.
