I do not recommend this clinic if you are having dental pain or a tooth that needs immediate care/treatment. My recent visit was because 1/4 of my back lower molar had broken off. It was on a Friday and I live 40 minutes away. This "emergency" appointment that I had after calling at 7:30 a.m. was a complete waste of time. Dentist smoothed off the rough edges that were irritating my tongue and cheek and told me to schedule a follow-up appointment at the front desk. No pain medication or antibiotics were prescribed. The soonest they scheduled me was for August 13 and the scheduler had little to no sympathy or empathy for my situation. I was able to reach another dentist at another clinic Sunday evening. He saw me at 8:00 a.m. Monday morning and gave me the proper care that I needed.

I had good experience for the first time patient I went in February 2021 but the only thing I have to say that i didn't like is that I have to have a root canal and that I have to wait a month even though they knew I was in pain before the appointment the pain calmed down when I went to the appointment but now it bothers me from time to time but with being said I am glad that it's not this week cause post to be snow storm now I have to wait tell the weather gets better since I am out of town. All in all very good visit.

I’m a little confused about your reviews. That’s why my rating is lower than average. I was in there yesterday (from this posting date) and got a tooth extracted. When we were finished, I asked to keep my tooth, and they said no. There are no laws for me NOT to keep my tooth, and to be given upon request. So why lie to me. That’s my biggest issue. There’s no reason for it, if anything at least explain, or “strongly recommend” that it’s disposed of. However, to lie to me about I’m not allowed to have it, is not professional at all. Especially if there’s no rules or regulations to keep my tooth. I admire what you do as a Dentist, its hard work, BUT as much as you want to help people with there teeth problems; Don’t lie! It says a lot and shows a lot through your reviews and patients. This was my 2nd visit and I’m hearing all these negative things about your dentist and staff. Would you, CHAS, recommend me to your dentist with these reviews. (And no I’m not calling administration, because trying to tell them what’s going on will not do anything. Hence, your still in business and the same staff are working there.) Have a great day:)

My three daughters went in for a 6 month check. It went beautifully! The dentist asked my daughters questions to make them feel comfortable and when my daughters had to wait they got to watch tv on the ceiling. The visit was quick but they made sure to answer all of my questions, checked for cavities, performed a teeth cleaning, and coated the teeth with fluoride. Overall it was a great experience and now I’m switching (me and my husbands dental care) to CHAS dental.
