Is there a yearly contract you sign, because I don’t think there is according to their website and I’ve never had to pay for a month when I wasn’t there yet the other day they said I owed $155 in back pay.

There is no contract, however automatic payments is something they setup, and it cancels itself after a year. I pay a monthly subscription which is automatically withdrawn, and it's going to be that way for a year. It's similar to insurance prices, you're essentially locked into that price for 12 months, and unless you cancel it it'll withdraw each month, for all 12 months. There is no cancellation fee. I'm not sure why you wouldn't have been automatically charged unless you setup membership with no automatic payments. You should go every month anyway ;)

It is a 12 month agreement, after that its billed monthly until fuel receives a cancellation notice. Fuel has a month to month option that is 39 a month with no agreement.
