This company as a whole is a complete joke. I’ve had a planet fitness member ship since 2018. Since 2018, they have been charging me $41 every month stating i magically have 2 black memberships. I’ve asked multiple times to cancel and they give me the run around saying i have to mail letters in (which i have). Now checking my bank statement, they have been charging me 2 separate charges of $39 a month. $80! I’d avoid getting robbed by these crooks and instead sign up at any other gym in the area.

I've been going to this gym for a few months now and I really enjoy it. I go about 3:30-4am and the chick at the front desk is so great! I think they need more employees like her even that early in the morning she's very friendly. The equipment and the tanning beds are clean and the multiple cleaning stations are always stocked which is nice!

I really liked this Gym. I was greeted with professionalism and kindness. Brandy was the first employee I've met that cleaned the beds and equipment. It is the practice for all employees who work here. To date they are the only gym I've been in, that doesn't assume it's been cleaned after the last person. GOOD JOB CDA🙏

Morning/Midday staff is awful to deal with, most unfriendly experiences I’ve ever had. If you enjoy being judged and scoffed at, you might enjoy it. But I only feel comfortable coming on the weekends because I know the staff will be kind and friendly with me and not make rude remarks as I’m walking by. Disappointing I’m not the only one that deals with this behavior/attitude and nothing has been done. If clients and other employees don’t enjoy being in an environment with another person, that denominator should swiftly change.
