I am sorry that you are having issues with your patient portal...make sure you have your email and password right...if you are still having problems you may need to call tech support
If I have bloodwork orders from my Valley Med physician, can I just walk in to have my blood drawn? I have a mask. Called lab and left my # on the voicemail. I have limited ability to use the patient portal.
They are upgrading and switching over. They sent emails about this.
