The employee in the lab at the desk is very rude and has a bad attitude and interrupts conversation that has nothing to do with her and yells at the patient then threatens to have you kicked out of the clinic. Vmc needs better polite staff for sure.

Everything was great except for Dr. Caresalli. He was rude and condescending. He spent less than 60 seconds examining my daughters injury and then got upset when we asked for an x-ray on swollen and bruised fingers with limited range of motion. He was unprofessional and very rude. I will not be using Valley Medical Center in the future for my child’s care because of him.

Depending on exactly what tests they ran, it generally takes 2 - 3 weeks to get results. If you believe it should be finished already contact the patient advocate for help. Good luck
I am sorry that you are having issues with your patient portal...make sure you have your email and password right...if you are still having problems you may need to call tech support
Most generally they practice at tri-state also just depends who is on call
