Took my wife there for her shots a couple of weeks back, very safe and easy parking. Also lots of people around getting shots so it's as safe as it possibly can be.

There is parking behind the building too. It's a safe neighborhood in the morning and daytime. I grew up about two blocks away. It's very easy to find. They don't let you in until 10 or 15 minutes before your appointment.
If the Plaza parking is full there's residential streets around on all sides, shouldn't be too difficult to find a place to park. Not hard to find the auditorium entrance where they have people announcing for when to take a place in line on the steps to the auditorium. I felt safe, everyone was wearing masks and giving one another plenty of space.
