Loooong wait to just return my equipment. That’s after they checked me in and took the stuff. Had to sit there and wait my turn for them to ‘process’ the return in my account. So inefficient! Wasting my precious weekend time.

Yes. They are open to 7. But I'd assume they close at 6 and get there asap just in case. Also call if you're looking to update a box or device because they may not have it in store or may be able to send it to you.
I pay $51 p.mo for 15 kilobit per second. It's enough to stream high def, run a couple phones, smart thermostat, and two computers, and a smart TV.
