What was the guarantee time? It would seem logical that after two years the rug is yours. The wear and tear on a rug is so subjective. So many factors come in to play... location of rug, surface it sit on, any split age on carpet, how often is was cleaned/vacuumed, was there a pad underneath, dogs, etc. Things like that. Bottom line is was there a warrantee time? Let us know what happens.
