If the substances are not poisonous place in plastic bag and put into trash

You can throw vitamins and supplements in the trash. I’m guessing that an “energy shot” is Red Bull, Bang, etc. or some type of pill formed energy supplements?? If so, those can also go in the trash. We are leery of telling people to put something in the trash because we don't want that thinking for other items where the trash wouldn't be appropriate. Our disposal sites (https://www.centralsan.org/pharmaceuticals) will accept vitamins and supplement pills; however, the MED-Project sites do not.
