This is the fifth car I had a loan with the credit union. The first four had no issues. This last loan, the loan agent was very rude and I complained about her to her manager after last year having DMV registration problems. Now, I am stuck in line again this year with DMV, waiting for a “vin verification” and new late penalties again, because someone reported the car as out of state, which DMV suspects was the lien holder. Seems suspicious.

I have been a satisfied customer for about 20 years. Great customer service on 2 car loans and they were super helpful on a loan 10 years ago. Unfortunately I will be parting ways with them as I am moving out of the area. Hopefully will find another institution that has similar professional skills and services. Thank you all for a great banking experience

Excellent local credit union. Their services they offer are straightforward and their representatives have always been friendly and easy to deal with. I've been to four of their locations around the bay area and wait times have always been quick. Update: They're also not out to get you. I recently was charged a NSF fee but deposited sufficient cash same day and they automatically refunded the NSF fee when the transaction posted:)

The manager at the local Benicia bank is horrible. She is rude and un helpful. My mother in law has an account with them and when we went in to take care of some business with my mother in laws account, the manager told us our paperwork was fake , and then started being very rude to us. My mother in law was with us and the manager called her a liar. My mother in law has dementia and now just recently had a stroke, but since the bank manager refused to accept the paperwork that gives us the authority to make decisions on this account we will have to stop the deposits to this account and go open another account which is time consuming and a pain when we are already dealing with enough of an situation as it is. I would never use this bank unless the manager gets replaced. There is never a need to have a hostile person dealing with customers when there is no need for it.
