Do I have to have to call before bringing items to the store? And is there anyone to help with larger items as it is just me? Thanks

They only receive donations Wednesdays from 10-2

Yes, there will be employees in the donation section at the back. Also, the donation line is practically around the corner. It will probably take you the better part of an hour if not more just to drive up to where you can finally donate at certain times of the day. Around noon is real busy.

There suitably an employee that will help u load your things. I would call just to be safe.
