Can movie tickets be purchased ahead of time or on line with a gift card? if so how is that done. Can seats not be reserved if the tickets are purchased on line with fandango? can the gift card be used if purchase is made on Fandango.

In advance... Cinemark or Fandango... only reserved seats are the IMAX 3D... and a few specialized seats...
