Free parking if you're here for a movie at Century Cinemas (parking right below century cinemas, entrance on Jefferson Ave).
Free parking for 4 hours with ticket validation at the movie theater. I don't know if any restaurants or businesses can validate a parking pass. I tried that. It's free if you get out within 30 minutes.
If you get parking validated, and even then. Depending on where it could only cover a certain amount.
Parking is validated by local businesses. Otherwise you pay.
