My landlord has raised my rent 4 times since I moved in. It went from $1000-$1050 on 7/1/2015. That year the CPI was 1.7%. Was $50 dollars too much. Shouldn’t it have been a $17 dollar rent increase instead of the $50.

I strongly suggest go out to the Dublin location. Much more comfortable and much much less people waiting. I've been to Oakland and Dublin. Definitely Dublin even if it means driving another 20-30 minutes .
