All can say is that I enjoy when a legal advisor can work together with a client for a perm or temporary solution. My only regret is the followup process not being able to return go to the same agent unless its a team effort. I still have to see if the project we worked on result is positive outcome leading me in another direction for final resolutions, forward. Hopefully negotiable with no returns back. Also results in myself being a continued client.

I was a client for Ebclc in 2019. They helped me migrate, helped my dreams come true. They strive for perfection and it shows in dedication they all put in clients. I truly believe Ebclc are Angeles sent by god. Amazing staff.

The people at this Law Center are kind, courteous, sensitive to one's needs, and above all respectful. They have helped me restore my life back and got me all the help I needed when I was down and out in the streets. I just love 💘 them!

I think Berkeley guidelines require the landlord to inspect heaters once every five years and they are required to make sure you have heat.
No. They are a non-profit that deal with issues like housing, immigration and such. You need a private personal injury attorney.

I strongly suggest go out to the Dublin location. Much more comfortable and much much less people waiting. I've been to Oakland and Dublin. Definitely Dublin even if it means driving another 20-30 minutes .
Yes they do

I am not an attorney but I would suggest that you contact the Center tomorrow during business hours or a good attorney Oliver Jones in Oakland

Contact Lawyers in the Library, they should be able to assist you
Mr. Bloger.here I'd like to answer the question? how do you get an eviction off your record ? the key is to not get the eviction if you live in a low-income housing or affordable housing these are programs that are based by your income so if you have an income you pay 30% of that income if you have no income you pay 30% of no income there are guidelines for this contact your representative and it is called a zero exemption income form fill it out immediately when you find you have no income for the month you'll have to fill one out every month that you don't have an income if you're in one of these Oakland Housing Programs but it's a good thing to know thank you from mr.Bloger. advocates For products that work at their best like East Bay Community Law service
