It's Walmart you can't expect them to give you any better service on the phone than what they give you in their store!
I think just like any retail store it depends on the store and the people
I agree, worst customer service on the phone. The main # gets answered, but no other departments answer the phone. I found the electronics department people very abrupt and unhelpful.
Not very pleasant in the TV DEPT
