The lobby door randomly locks sometimes but then people prop it open with carpet, does that count? Last I heard from maintenance the buzzer system works, I don't believe it because i have tried using it and it doesn't work but whatever there is no point in it when they leave all the doors wide open. Maybe if they started locking doors and got with the times they would replace that 1970s intercom system with a modern camera style one.
