Hello, I work at I work at Earl's Plumming in Redding CA..someone dropped off 3 kittens at our office. I was wondering if there is any kind of assistance we can get for these kittens..they are covered in fleas and need shots and spayed?

You can take them down there and surrender them. Just make sure that you tell them that they don't belong to you or they will want to charge you.
