I would suggest you call St.Vincent De Paul to pick up your items to donate.

In general we don't deal with clothes, the rest you could call my boss Ron and ask if he would take and to schedule a pick-up time

Books and clothing should go to a thrift store. They would love the new items or any items industrial or commercial items.

Although I've never heard of Habitat for Humanity doing pick-ups with that many items they might be interested if you give them a call. I have never seen clothing there or books but they do have lots of household items furniture tools and things you would need to build a home. As for the other things you might give Goodwill a try.
