I was told 20 minutes each car. My van been sitting at the lot for 15 minutes now and theres an empty bay. Here for only oil change. By the time I'm out it will be close to an hour. What's going on

I used to work for the company. Maybe ya short on staff but that's not our fault. Had I been told a real time I would have gone elsewhere.

Same happen to me there i went to get oil change went across the street to DD to get coffee sat there with wife look over ther no car in bay car sitting out back for more then 20 mins works talking out front finish coffee walk across the street now it been 45 min and car was never done I just left
