$150 for an oil change and an air filter. Biggest rip off of my life. They need to start telling people the cost BEFORE starting work on the car. I never would have paid it but I wasn't told a price until after the work was done and they avoided me as much as possible so I couldn't ask beforehand. I will NEVER going to any jiffy lube ever again. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I normally pay no more than $50 for an oil change at my usual place. Guess that's the difference between a mom and pop shop and a large retailer.

I will never go back in here again. I take my car to get an oil change and 1 week later I had no Radiator fluid my antifreeze was gone and before I went there my antifreeze was full like it should be. Then I go to my mechanic and they show me where they put chemicals and my radiator never going again

I was very apprehensive to get an oil change at Jiffy Lube but it was the only place open the evening before we were going up to New Hampshire so I took the risk. The service guy was really nice and they got the job done quickly but I will never come here again. First of all, the price of just the oil change was almost double what I pay at the dealership for an oil change with multi point inspection. Second of all, the next day we’re driving down the highway and just past the New Hampshire border we heard a very loud noise that scared up senseless. Turned out a big metal plate started falling off the underside of the car and was scraping against the pavement. That was a scary experience trying to figure out what was wrong on the side of a busy highway with a one year screaming in the back seat. Pretty sure whoever did the oil change messed something up because the car is fairly new. We ended up needing to call AAA to fix the issue which took time away from our getaway. TLDR: expensive and messed the car up so never coming here again

TOP notch service from the Jiffy Lube in Worcester, MA We drove in out of state, they honored a coupon we had even though they didn't have to, we were offered coffee in the nice waiting area along with a clean restroom. No fuss, no muss. Extremely thorough and it was fun to watch what they were doing through the glass window. If we're in this area again and need an oil change we would not hesitate to pop over to the Worcester Jiffy Lube.
