YES!! Was told we bought a seven year extended warranty, went in for a problem, warranty expired in 2 years. Not even 100,000 miles on car. Research concludes alot of misinformation by them. Not over yet!!
I have never had an issue there and I have been in for oil changes, tire rotations, warranty repairs and recalls. My car has always been washed and returned in a timely manner and I couldn't have been happier with the work done. I've been going there since 2014 and always scheduled my appointments.
I have not had the opportunity yet but I believe it. I have had to fight tooth and nail to get them to do simple things that they promised when I bought my vehicle. Took two months to fix a center console and get the $100 in gift cards I was promised.
