I bought my first brand new Charger at Lake Norman Chrysler and it was such an easy experience! Devin was incredibly helpful and patient with me during the process. I live 9 hours away and he made sure to have everything ready for me when I arrived and was even waiting outside for me next to my new car! John in the finance department was so nice and gave me some "must see" attractions in the area. I also love that they create custom golf carts! The professionalism was exceptional and I will absolutely drive the 600 miles to buy again.

Thank you Juwan and everyone else that helped! I purchased a Volvo there a few days ago. I originally was going to buy at a different place and had trouble. I found the same car I wanted here and Juwan helped me from start to finish. He was very responsive. He sent me the information on the car right away and took videos for me. We couldn’t have had a better person helping us. Everything was easy! I was from out of town and was so impressed with the car dealership itself. The people there are all so nice too! I loved the play room and little cafe. It was busy with people there but everything was ready for us. Also I loved they they have a little Kitty running around.

I will never buy a car from another dealership again!! Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge will have our business from now on. We bought a 2021 Durango RT and we're in love! We had the pleasure of working with Pat. He went way above and beyond to answer all of our questions. I'm kinda picky so he did everything he could to make me happy. He was never pushy which we greatly appreciated. The other dealership that we typically buy our cars from are the complete opposite. They treat you like a number but here at Lake Norman you are treated like family! We have never had such a quick experience buying a car ever! We were in and out in less than 2hrs from start to finish. Everyone we worked with was amazingly friendly and helpful! We HIGHLY recommend coming here if you're looking to buy a car!!
