Why is the Concord New Hampshire Taco Bell currently closed? It isn’t closing for good, is it? Or is it just under construction? Does anyone know a re-open date?

Someone I assumed was a manager told me they were closing. She didn't explicitly say permanently, but it kinda felt that way. RIP 🌮
