This was my first time there, the woman who checked me in was friendly and understood my sense of humor. I was seen quickly and assessed immediately. The nurse was very kind and laughed at my jokes, which made me feel more safe and comfortable. The doctor saw me almost immediately, did the assessment she needed to do (I have a concussion) and immediately sent my information over to the emergency room for a CT scan. Everyone I talked to here was very kind, understanding, and patient. They all took into consideration that I have a concussion, and allowed me to take time to think about my words and fully explain what was wrong. I wish I could say the same about the concord hospital emergency room, but that’s a review for another place. I came in at 4:30 and was out by 5

Everyone there was awesome! The staff was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They got me in for treatment with in 10 minutes of walking in their doors. The lady working the counter was very calming, I am from out of state and I have new insurance and she walked me through the process and was very reassuring. The nurse that helped me did a great job of taking my information and giving information to me as well.

I was very impressed with all staff. Front desk receptionist was very friendly and got me registered quickly. EMT Rocco and PA Nicole were also friendly and answered all my questions. I felt cared for and in felt I was in very competent hands. I’d go back there any time! Nice job!

Hi Sheelah, you will need to first be evaluated by one of our providers to receive a prescription refill.
Depends. You might be in the group able to get a 15 minute test (results in less than an hour) or you may have to get the PCR test. Results are usually back in 2-5 days.
Last time I was there, I was questioning why someone who came in after me got in before me. It's because of online booking and others call ahead. It's the same as when I went to Supercuts. Call ahead from now on is my suggestion.

Hello and good afternoon Jennifer! We are a walk-in Urgent care clinic and can treat anyone of any age for urgent care needs. The cost depends on what you plan to use for payment in out clinics. If you are using insurance there is no way for us to provide a cost as that is determined by your insurance company based upon the actual services provided during your visit. However, we do ask for a co-pay at the time of service and the insurance company will provide a detailed description of any additional charges after the visit is billed to them. If you are not using insurance we do have self-pay costs of $150 to be evaluated by the provider and additional charges may be necessary if labs, procedures or x-rays are needed. However we cap our self-pay fees at $250 so you would not have to pay more that that for services as a self-pay patient. It's a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical completed by one of our licensed doctors and providers. The physical is a requirement for many drivers/operators of vehicles that meet a minimum gross weight. ConvenientMD offers DOT physicals for just $70 at all locations throughout NH, ME, and MA!
Hello Debra! We provide free flu shots for patients so there would be no cost to receive a flu shot! If you wish to visit our clinic for a flu shot we would recommend contacting the clinic before you go to confirm we have the vaccine available. They are just what they say it is. Convenient. Should have your own pcp. They are better than the emergency room.
