Hi, my mom has her military id but I do not. I usually take her shopping at the commissary but last year during the spiked covid cases I was not allowed in with her. Does anyone know if this is happening again with the numbers increasing

You can go to the visitor center at the Dale Mabry gate and apply for an agent ID. It will allow you to shop with her or by yourself.

At MacDill yes, however this does not apply for every military commissary facility. I strongly encourage you to call the commissary to confirm to make sure it's still okay with with new increase in cases

I also shop with and for my mother and I am currently in the process of getting a ID so I can not have thissituation occur, my mother is in able to shop for herself, and the answer was found within the script from her Healthcare Provider.

You are allow with your 👩 mom, she is the one with the ID.
